I have a question about melamine — do you have any idea what it is or whether or not it’s a “safe” plastic? It seems like most of the decorative children’s feeding sets on the market are melamine. Thanks for your time.
Hi there! Linking to you on my blog! I’ve also just written a post reviewing the sippys and ordered your sampler pack. Wondered if you’d add my button. The review and all the link backs to you are:

Hello,
my daughter has been using the avent pacifier; i see on your site that it is listed as one that is toxic. I was wondering why that is, if the nipple is made of silicone? i understand that the rest of the pacifier is made of plastic, however would that be harmful if that is not what is in her mouth. Also, i do boil the pacifier regularly is this a problem with the leeching of the PVC or BPA, contaminating the silicone? Next question: are the Medela pump and save breastmilk bags safe for storage of breastmilk? s.viau@att.net
I just got off the phone with customer service at First Years asking to clear up the confusion about the Disney classic pooh pacifiers and whether or not they have polycarbonate in them. The woman I spoke with was very forthcoming and told me that ALL First Years pacifiers with the hard shield (including Disney “kip” style) contained polycarbonate and that the”soothies” type were the ONLY ones that were made entirely of silicone. I’m so frustrated that everyone is getting different information. My daughter has always used Mamm pacifiers and now it seems there is no safe substitute with the same shaped nipple. Right now I’m going with Playtex ortho pro but she’s complaining it doesn’t feel right. If anyone has a suggestion, I’d love to hear it!
Hello, EarthLust is a small San Francisco based company with a new line of fantastic stainless steel water bottles… the 13 ounce size is great for kids. My 9 month old LOVES to use the sports top!

Wondering if you have any suggestions on safe chewable vitamins for kids? Ours from Costco seem to be in plastic bottles made with BPA…any ideas?
Hi. I am so glad that I found your website. I was wondering if you know anything about the Nuby Medicine Bottle. Does it contain BPA?

Are the stainless steel Think Sport bottles made in the USA? What are the baby bottles that are made in the USA?

I hail from Portugal, and you have just saved my mom and consumer life!
There are European based product catalogues already mentioning BPA, PVC, phtalates, but (good) items are very few.
Thank you thank you
