While the products that you offer are impressive and very kid-friendly, you have an exceptionally long list of items that are out of stock. It made for somewhat of a frustrating shopping experience. Is this typical for your website? I appreciate that some items may be popular, but this seems excessive.
We have no control over what products are back-ordered by each manufacturer. To say that the items we sell are popular is an understatement. There is such a wild demand for all things BPA free, that major manufacturers like Thermos have had products out of stock for up to 3 months in a row. This has to be a first in history!
By the way, I’m not sure if you know that we are a family owned and operated business. My three sisters, Mom and I run every aspect of the business, from research to shipping orders. Needless to say, we are extremely happy to be able to do accomplish what we have so far . . .
As a new parent, I am searching for BPA free products and have found them on your website. Everything has been laid out and explained so well. However, I also note a large amount of items that are out of stock. I understand that they are as a result of backorders, but are you able to provide an anticipated arrival date so that we can plan our orders accordingly?

We try to leave little love notes to our customers on each product page giving our best estimate of ETA for back-ordered items.
We’re also having our website redesigned to allow for more functionality. You’ll be able to enter your email for notification of out of stock items.
